Material planning and quality management (80 to 100%)

In this versatile position, you will be responsible for efficiently ensuring the availability of goods and the demanding documentation in quality management. You will play a crucial role in a company that serves thousands of online customers on the one hand and numerous major customers on the other, who are personally advised and supported by our field service.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the availability of goods and optimizing stock levels
- Coordination of goods procurement and distribution
- Creation and maintenance of declarations of conformity, certificates and data sheets
- Use and support with professional PIM software for documentation
- Collaboration with various specialist departments to ensure quality
- Analysis of market and supplier data to improve the availability of goods
Your profile
- Experience in working with ERP systems and office tools
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured way of working
