A key focus is on the growing regulatory requirements for packaging, particularly the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), as well as on the structured maintenance and evaluation of quality and compliance information.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That same year, the company once again successfully obtained EcoZert certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2023 \u2013 First EcoZert Certification<\/strong><br\/>BIKAPACK receives its first EcoZert certification. This makes the systematic focus on sustainability and responsible business practices another integral part of the company\u2019s development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2019 \u2013 ISO 9001:2015 Certification<\/strong><br\/>BIKAPACK\u2019s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. This confirms that the company\u2019s established quality processes and structured operational procedures comply with an internationally recognized management system standard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since then, we have successfully undergone the relevant surveillance and recertification audits every year, thereby continuously confirming the effectiveness of our quality management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Since 2018 \u2013 Feldkirch location<\/strong><br\/>Sales, customer service, administration, and logistics are all centralized at our headquarters in Feldkirch. High-bay warehouses, office space, and modern order-picking technology form the foundation for serving our customers and further developing the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2012\u20132018 \u2013 Expansion and Digitalization<\/strong><br\/>The product range and network of European manufacturers are continuously expanding. At the same time, BIKAPACK is investing in digital processes, inventory management, process optimization, and the further development of packaging and industry expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2011 \u2013 Vienna Warehouse<\/strong><br\/>With its air-conditioned, IFS-certified warehouse in Vienna, BIKAPACK is expanding its logistics infrastructure. The facility is specifically designed to support the professional storage and delivery of goods to customers in the food industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2010 \u2013 First Branch Warehouse<\/strong><br\/>With a growing customer base and rising demand, the first branch warehouse is established in Leonding. Additional warehouse capacity enables faster product availability and flexible delivery to customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2008 \u2013 Founding of Bikapack<\/strong><br\/>After 15 years of industry experience and completing his degree in International Business Administration, Karl Bickel founded BIKAPACK.
